We were travelling with the motorhome in the Netherlands, my Huka electric tricycle was making a little noise when turning it on, so a quick stop at Huka Bikes. The welcome was very pleasant, and the willingness to help was extremely good. Just checking what it could be, I was immediately directed to the workshop repairs. We were able to get help (for free), and it was all in the service of the house and with a free gift on top👍 Hats off to the Huka company, as I have never experienced such spontaneous service in Germany. Thanks again to Mr Hochrath for your help. It was very pleasant. We were happy that this service at Huka was worth the tip for the coffee shop! I can only recommend it.

Purchased a(n) Tricycle Cortes
I have a Huka Cortes seat tricycle, mobile again after just under a year. Had lost my balance with an ordinary bike! Through rehabilitation, practiced and the tricycle came out on top! Had to get used to it at first, cycling straight over uprights. I also felt like I was pulling towards the gutter with cycling. But by practicing a lot, I am less bothered by that. Have had the bike for a month now and already ridden 90 km! I’m getting outside again!

Purchased a(n) Wheelchair bike Duet
This is our second Huka Duet. The first was a second-hand one with a lead-acid battery, extremely bare controls, noisy motor and unpleasant gear selection on the gears. Since October 2019, we have had the latest model and all those above problems have disappeared. Pleasant gearing, almost noiseless support, modern Li-ion battery and a display on which you can see support level, battery charge, speed and distance travelled. The support even has a negative setting where the bike movement charges the battery. Very handy when you have a tailwind or are going down an incline. Again, there are 3 settings. Moreover, this smaller and lighter battery lasts much longer. In short, we are very satisfied and enjoy riding this wheelchair bike.
